Our Bread Process
Our process takes time, patience and skilled bakers . Each step requires the right time, temperature, and the best ingredients. We follow a simple old tradition of making bread using flour and water culture to naturally leaven the bread, followed by a long fermentation which develops the flavor and texture. The result is beautiful crusty, flavorful breads for our customers.
